Just want to say how impressed I am with my Velo BH51M NEO helmet I received from you. So impressed I ordered another one for my husband. Over the years I have used many helmets for bike & horse riding & besides all the wonderful safety aspects & technology that I love about it, this helmet is the MOST comfortable helmet I have every worn. I found I wasn’t adjusting it as I rode along, it never slipped & I actually never felt like I was even wearing a helmet it was that light. So to anyone considering this helmet I highly recommend the Velo BH51M NEO.

OUR STORY
I’ve had a great interest in cycling and the importance of cycling safety for a very long time. It started back when I was a 15-year-old starting my first part-time job delivering papers up on the Gold Coast as a teenager. I purchased my first road bicycle then and have been hooked ever since, on the freedom and efficiency of travelling to and from many destinations via cycling. I worked out from a pretty young age that this was the way to go in terms of daily transportation. It was cost effective, convenient and compatible with a healthy lifestyle. Today, 28 years later, I am living in Melbourne commuting to work by bike and enjoying this mode of transportation more then ever. No matter where I have lived over the years, including Queensland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Sydney, I have always relied on this mode of transportation – cycling. Yes, that’s right, I survived commuting in inner Sydney roads for 8 years without incident!
So, how did I come across LIVALL helmets?
I came across these amazing helmets through a colleague at work in late 2018. He knew I was a committed commuter and thought this would be of interest. Well it sure was – I was impressed instantly by all aspects of this helmet – from the lightweight construction and aesthetic appeal, to its great technology features. The safety features with the associated phone app were also a stand-out feature. That night, I purchased the Livall helmet BH60SE online as I could not purchase this type of helmet in my local bicycle stores, a situation that surprised me.
I want to continue to be a bike commuter, however I also realise that cities like Melbourne in which I live and commute in daily have become increasingly busy and safety is thus more important than ever for cyclists. A major driving factor to bringing a range of LIVALL products to the Australian market is thus to expand the opportunities for more community members to consider cycling, as these products will help increase confidence in bike commuting. The ripple effect of this is that they will help encourage more people, who haven’t seriously considered regular cycling before, to live a healthier outdoor lifestyle. The ongoing benefits to our community are more cost effective and sustainable transport, healthier individuals, and lower congestion.
I saw the gap in the market with bike safety accessories and decided to further investigate this product. This is how Velo Smart distribution begun and we are now the distributor for retail stores across Australia. We look forward in the months ahead, to be working with leading retailers across the board, who have a vested interest in cycling safety for all their customers.
